Grandma Jenny is located in a historic building from 1928, which has been recently renovated, and the apartment itself was completely redecorated and refurbished in 2013.

Grandma Jenny is at a 5-minute walk from the escalators that lead to the historic center of Perugia. A wide selection of restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, and supermarkets can all be reached on foot, making your stay both convenient and enjoyable. The regional and interregional bus station is 300 meters away, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Main bedroom with a queen-size bed, wardrobe and a window overlooking the garden. Living room with dining area, sofa-bed, TV set with DVD player, DVDs, and a wide selection of books. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Bright bathroom with a window, shower, and all standard facilities.
Private garden
Grandma Jenny features a private garden with swing seat, table and chairs, to relax or have breakfast and dinner outside.
24-hours check-in
Check-in time is usually from 5pm to 7pm, but late arrivals are always possible by using a safety box
Private garage for motorbikes
For bikers, we offer a free private garage for parking overnight (we are bikers too!).
Public parking for cars
For cars, public parking is available at 150 m and a few free spaces are also available along the main road
